Eligon IP, an intellectual property firm, seeks an experienced Trademark Attorney
The candidate must have substantial experience with international trademark portfolio management, including domestic and international clearance, application, prosecution, registration, as well as experience in reviewing, organizing, and reporting watch notices and internet domain monitoring. Knowledge of international procedures, foreign associate management, foreign associate billing, and docketing platforms (e.g., Foundation IP) is required.
- Some experience in handling routine enforcement matters including C&D letters, online takedown requests, and raid actions (customs recordals and seizures) is desired.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple large portfolios also are required.
- Experience with Asian, specifically Chinese, trademark systems preferred.
- The ability to read and write Mandarin Chinese is favored but not required.
- The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years of law firm experience handling international trademark prosecution and enforcement matters, substantial experience with Greater China, and the drive and ambition to help grow our Asia/international trademark practice.
- The candidate must relocate to Denver, Colorado.
- For a licensed attorney, the firm would also consider converting this Senior Paralegal position to a Staff Attorney position.
