We’re thrilled to see her play a pivotal role in advising the USPTO on trademark operations and driving U.S. innovation forward. The Trademark Public Advisory Committee (TPAC) was established under the American Inventors Protection Act of 1999 to provide guidance on the management of the USPTO’s trademark and patent operations. Comprising U.S. citizens representing diverse user interests, TPAC reviews and advises on policies, goals, performance, budget, and user fees.
